# rave Melbourne.

> A curated listing of upcoming rave and electronic music events happening in Melbourne, Australia. Events can be browsed as a list or a monthly calendar, and subscribed to as calendars — all events together, or one genre at a time.

Events span these genres: Anjuna, Bass, DnB, Hardstyle, House, Techno, and Trance.

Each listing shows the event name, the promoter, the genre and sub-genre, the date and time (Melbourne local time), the venue, and a link to buy tickets. Genre and sub-genre are a best guess based on the event's marketing.

The list is refreshed roughly every Tuesday/Wednesday, and past events drop off automatically. What is and isn't included:
- Regular club nights appear only once their line-ups are announced.
- Smaller House and ambient / down-tempo events are generally not listed.
- Events that deliberately keep their location secret (e.g. doofs) are intentionally left off.
- Promoters can ask for their events to be added, changed, or removed by emailing `admin@rave.melbourne`.
